	Pardon for my intrusion and I may have missed it, but it did not appear that anything was "Run as Administrator"?

I downloaded the video and used BSPlayer to view it at 30% of normal speed, and it does look like he is using "Run as administrator". It also looks like he has the UAC is OFF (that's why no window asking "Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer"). It makes no sense that it isn't installing correctly on is computer. Would/could the language be the cause of the problem? It doesn't look like he is using English. Just a thought.

	Oilman Look closely and you'll see that I use the run as administrator option!
