I took a look at the preview screenshots and it seems that this 777-300 model has the -200er GE engines, the GE110's on the -300 feature a bigger cowling and differently shaped exit

Good Luck on that, how is the main gear? You know the 300ER has that extra strut support in front of the main gear. The standard 300 don't.
Then the logic of buying this for ten dollar cheaper and no need to get the base pack. So those (including me) got nailed for buying the 200ER base pack and someone can get the same base pack but it's the 300ER. For those that got the 200ER base pack, this should have been a free add-on. Because nothing changed. The 300ER is my favorite aircraft so i will get sucked in on getting this for 19 bucks. That will be a total of 50 bucks i've spent on this MSFS addon that mimics the B748 logic. That's my story and i'm sticking with it.

Is this true you don't need the 200ER to buy the 300ER? OMG that is just spitting on the faces of the early buyers of the 200ER. I'm insulted here.

Impulse-buying products when the developer has not stated how he'll release the entire line (all stand-alone's, base pack/expansion, etc) can cause unnecessary spending as you've just discovered.
I asked CS how he'd release the -300 and Freighter a while back and he never answered...I guess we know why now.  Roll Eyes

We all just assumed that it would be the traditional Base pack/Expansion as this has been the norm...even for the 777 in P3D.  You know what they say about when you "assume" something.  Wink

Bet you'll wait to see how he'll releases the rest of the MSFS product lines from now on before you buy the 1st in the series, huh?  Grin

They could have at least made the 300ER same priced. Making the bigger version cheaper than the first one is just insulting to the consumers.

Well..i'm done. I have the 200ER and now the 300ER to play around for the rest of the year, until the real B777 SIM from another company is out. They will pull the same here when they release the B767, now we know.

And don't forget the 737 and 757! Wink

And how do you think the P3D 767 crowd will feel when the 767F for MSFS is released before the P3D version?  Grin

I took a look at the preview screenshots and it seems that this 777-300 model has the -200er GE engines,

It just seems. In fact our -300 got proper 128inch GE90-115B.
Plus the raked and extended wingtips and a modified main landing gear as well.

i mean, if you look at the inlet, its way to short for the 773

Ok, it has 128inch GE90-115B motors, but these work like the 200ER ones (so like a 747) since I seem to understand that this is a copy too?
And the weights are those of the 747? with two engines less, so less power given the weight?

nown.png to prove my point, this is an old cs773 livery, the GE110's have an inlet cowling that is twice as big as the GE94B's.

the inlets are the biggest identifier of the GE110's. please fix the pbr so we can have proper GE110's/115's

That's right, thanks. The GE11X textures are missing from the -300. Will be included in the next update.
But the GE11X diff part is already included in the repaint kit since the day one so there's nothing that could stop painters from producing free liveries with a proper GE11X diff texture.
