No it's not.

1. Again, besides the engines difference the -300 model has the raked and extended wingtips and a modified main landing gear as well.

2. There's no such thing as a base pack in the 777 III family.

3. The -200ER is complete.

CS,
When can we expect the first update version of the 300ER? Missing heat fumes and contrails are so far the obvious ones. I don't know why this was not catch before releasing it.

the inlets are the biggest identifier of the GE110's. please fix the pbr so we can have proper GE110's/115's

That's right, thanks. The GE11X textures are missing from the -300. Will be included in the next update.
But the GE11X diff part is already included in the repaint kit since the day one so there's nothing that could stop painters from producing free liveries with a proper GE11X diff texture.

Talk about being picky....
There are some other obvious details like rear cargo doors (small/large). There are certain airlines using the small cargo door or vise versa. Then some painters are making a larger rear cargo door for an MDL model that is designed with a smaller door (good thing we don't have the option to open the rear door on this one). In addition, there are cargo door lines and markings that are present when they are not supposed to be there. That should have been removed from the paint kit or everyone will think that's part of the modelling which is not. Then engine markings must be removed that reflect only on models for PW or GE and not the actual GE for the 300ER. Again, painters are also following what the paint kit shows.

These are errors for the exterior and cabin which are pretty bad if there is no focus on the interior and systems.

There are no errors in ther repaint kit. The rest is up to the painters.
We inspect the free liveries before upload and list major flaws in the livery description.
With comments on a particular free livery you should contact a painter directly.

That's correct just detail accountability, it's up to the painters to look into that base on real airline configuration. Right now all these talented painters are just doing the livery color, they don't pay attention to the cabin doors, fuselage markers (cut here in case of emergency) and wing texture (black line on top of wings). These are just number of detailing that is different from other aircraft variance. It's also important that they upload all their work on ACE, so it can be updated with features like antennas/sat domes to make it more realistic base on airline config.
