Hello. I am dissatisfied with the support you get in the forum. My products are locked, and when I try to unlock them, I get the message that it can't be done because I don't have it because I forgot to deregister. Of course I'm sorry, but what should I do??
Please do not send a link, but tell me what to do

Hi, have you followed the Captain Sim Installer error advice? If so, did you do the following…

“For all other products please PM to this account providing:
- Order Number
- Product title
- Purchaser name
- Purchaser email
- Sim version (please note that we do not support 32-bit sims anymore)
- Error number/message
- Type "ABC" indicating that you have tried the above.”
