Hello. I am dissatisfied with the support you get in the forum. My products are locked, and when I try to unlock them, I get the message that it can't be done because I don't have it because I forgot to deregister. Of course I'm sorry, but what should I do??

Hi, have you followed the Captain Sim Installer error advice? If so, did you do the following…
“For all other products please PM to this account providing: - Order Number - Product title - Purchaser name - Purchaser email - Sim version (please note that we do not support 32-bit sims anymore) - Error number/message - Type "ABC" indicating that you have tried the above.” I would have included a link to the page, but you asked not to have links. |

Good morning, hope you are well.
If you go to the CS shop, there is a page for customer support and installer errors. https://www.captainsim.com/support/ That page links you to an L1011 post on the forum which outlines all of the steps to take if you have install problems. https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1534366436 If you have tried everything in sections A,B and C it gives you details how to contact CS under the title “For all other products please PM to this account providing” which is the bit you will need. Hallo,
ich habe gestern via SIMMARKET die B767-300 gekauft. Ich habe dann eine email mit der Order ID bekommen und bei der Installation eingebeben. Es erscheint immer: Error 32 number not found in our records. Habe hierzu noch nichts im Forum gefunden, SIMMARKET hat mich hierher verwiesen. Was kann ich machen, dass es endlich klappt?
