[quote author=ACA102 link=1588084588/79#79 date=1640207177]Good Afternoon to all
Air Canada has received is first 767-300ER Freighter that has already entered in service sooner than expected in order to provide additional cargo capacity needed into and out of Vancouver to meet ongoing demand as a result of the flooding that disrupted British Columbia's transportation network. The aircraft is still in the old livery but will receive the new 2017 one soon. Having CS B767 Freighter painted in this new livery will be really welcome.
Quote:Not really a fan of the new "bandit" livery. I just looked at some recent photos (triggered by a photo I saw of C-FPCA delivered from Ben Gurion to Toronto post ERBDSF conversion)...it was still in the "toothpaste" livery less the "Air Canada" banner. I thought it would have been painted in the new colours before it was put into service.
To my surprise, it's still wearing the old livery but with a new paint job (with the old Air Canada banner).
I've added that one (the toothpaste livery) to my list.
Good Morning my friend.
I'm not a big fan either but all 8 aircrafts will wear this livery when completed starting with the second one.
From Air Canada news:
"Our first freighter is being deployed earlier than initially planned in order to provide additional cargo capacity needed into and out of Vancouver to meet ongoing demand as a result of the flooding that disrupted British Columbia's transportation network," said Jason Berry, Vice President, Cargo, at Air Canada.
Given the immediate demand for cargo capacity, the first freighter entered service without its final livery. At a later date, it will be painted in an Air Canada Cargo variation of the Air Canada livery introduced in 2017."
Any liveries, at this point, will be welcome.
Thanks for your time and keep up to good work.
