Can anyone help me to complete a support ticket. Everytime I get to end and the form wants me to browse for pictures of faulty 727 cockpit, I apparently do not get to send them. Then my ticket is not complete and not accepted. I hit the browse button I can get to the pictures I took of the cockpit, but, how to send them as attachmet without windows live mail openning up and wanting to send them to their online skydrive album. How do I get them to the bottom of form and do they show up as attachment icons or just a path to pictures.
That seems what I have been seeing, just the path.
