	I purchased the Herk last week. I love this plane. the attention to detail is nothing short of amazing!

	I also bought this aircraft (19 Oct.) and I love it too!!! My first flight on a real airplane was on a C-130 FAP (For�a Aerea Portuguesa) � so i have a special care to this aircraft! The CS C-130 i want say that it is trully amazing, the graphics, systems modeled, sound and the manual is very very good and in my opinion it is worth well all the cents that it cost!!! 	the C130 is great sometimes i wonder if the panels have more detail than the real deal :-D

	Yes, it is indeed great that the Captain has opened the doors for a product relaed forum. If I remember correctly, my first ever payware aircraft that I purchased was Captain Sim's first product, but since then, I must say that thier products haven't really interested me that much. I have recently, like everyone else here, purchased the C-130. I have always liked the Herc and I am very happy that I have not been dissapointed by Captain Sim in any way. Sure, there are some minor bugs with the aircraft, but I am sure that Captain Sim will endevour to fix them as soon as possible, or at least I hope so. Things are looking good so far for Captain Sim and thier C-130. I am sure that everyone will agree with me that it looks like the Captain has turned over a new leaf, so to say. In my opinion, the C-130 is in a very similar league as some of the top FS developers, I won't mention names... Anyway, I am 1 happy customer of the C-130 so far. Well done CS.

	I too just purchased the herk. I work and fly on the HC-130P everyday in the air force, so I have reason to be impressed. I am fully engine run qualified on the real plane and have flown many times in the flight deck. I must say that captian sim has done a great job with this one. I know there is some bugs, and I know captian sim is working on them. But to me the biggest problem is the sound. It sounds nothing like that inside a real herk. The sound outside of the acft is good, but the flight deck sound is not even close. I have been having fun with this plane for about a week now, and I really cant complain. I love it.

	I completely agree with your statement about the 130 cockpit sounds, they do need some serious adjustments or should be replaced. I'm am ex 130 B an E model crew chief and I too speak from personal experience with the real aircraft.

	It's great to see so much action on this forum!!! I find it amazing that so many folks with "real life" C-130 experience are contributing. This is COOL!
