I too just purchased the herk.  I work and fly on the HC-130P everyday in the air force, so I have reason to be impressed.  I am fully engine run qualified on the real plane and have flown many times in the flight deck.

I must say that captian sim has done a great job with this one.  I know there is some bugs, and I know captian sim is working on them.  But to me the biggest problem is the sound.  It sounds nothing like that inside a real herk.  The sound outside of the acft is good, but the flight deck sound is not even close.

I have been having fun with this plane for about a week now, and I really cant complain.  I love it.
