What the heck is going here?
I have now sent 6 requests to have the block on my activation keys removed and NOT ONE email or message has been answered.
I've waited over a week - THIS SIMPLY ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH!

I have paid for something I cannot use and therefore DEMAND a full refund of all the CS products I have purchased over the years.

If you take peoples money then don't back up your customer service you will disappear very quickly.
I've always rated CS as one of the best but recently your customer service has failed spectacularly...

PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE MY REQUESTS PLEASE...

Did you use the method described here: Locked Order Number (error 29) reset to get you product(s) unlocked?

I tried the steps suggested but as I was unable to deregister the products due to a total system collapse I seem unable to do anything until CS reset the registration keys for the 757 and 767. I have had to reinstall windows from scratch along with all my flight sim stuff.
I get 'error 29 activation limit reached' (or words to that effect)

It's a locked order number due to activating it too many times (I think that's more than 3 times). As far as I know, you can't deregister it, nor does uninstalling it deactivate it.
I assume a link to Captain Sim is shown in the error 29 message that you send a request to so you can get it unlocked - it's been quite a while since I  had a locked order number, so I'm not sure.

That is my point.

Despite sending the unlock request several times there has been zero response from CS.
In the past I have had a reply within 24 hours where as it's over a week and not even confirmation of my unlocking request.

It seems like everyone has left the office and not bothering to look at requests from their customers.

I need help here. I’ve literally requested a refund and it says product refunded. I only bought it yesterday and the activation wasn’t working. So now I’ve looked and I haven’t got any money back. I haven’t used  product in any way shape or form. I now no longer have access to try and get it to work since it has been refunded but I haven’t received any money whatsoever
