It's a locked order number due to activating it too many times (I think that's more than 3 times). As far as I know, you can't deregister it, nor does uninstalling it deactivate it.
I assume a link to Captain Sim is shown in the error 29 message that you send a request to so you can get it unlocked - it's been quite a while since I had a locked order number, so I'm not sure. |
