I just purchased and downloaded the file. When i went to install it, it started giving errors saying cannot open file for writing on the following files: CS777_FUSSTAB_03_N.png.DDS.json,  CS777_WING_L_04_N.png.DDS.json and many more files. I have ensure there are full read/write access as well as ensured I ran the file as administrator with no luck. I re-downloaded the file and still having the same issues.. How can i rectify this?

This is what I am getting with the initial package extraction. This is on numerous files. I did ignore on them to see if this would do something and it did.. the textures are not coming out like they should be. I tried to download some liveries through ACE and kept getting errors on some which i think this has something to do with.
