Evening,
    I attempted to purchase the 767 II through the website since the beta has been released. This is the first product I've purchased through Captain Sim. Was totally unaware and missed the entire, "Comcast is blacklisted" stuff. Anyways, I purchased it using that email address by mistake. I have paypal confirmation and have submitted a ticket but clearly I realize now that your website says I wont get support either with that email address. When I try to login to my profile with my order number it says it's invalid. When I try to look up my order number it says no valid order number. It's on my bank account and you guys have my money.... so what's up?

You probably need to request a refund on it, then buy it using another email address I guess. Sad

Comcast is not an issue here as it has workarounds: https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1541291158

So you could get the product via EDS as soon as we fix the PayPal glitch.
Refund-repurchase won't make it any faster.
