Night Lighting

The lighting in the cabin at night is really blinding. It's so abnormally white. That's definitely not accurate.

Also in the cockpit, when you press the display brightness panel, the displays get so bright its hard to read them. And if you try and turn the brightness down it just switches the display off. Click it again and it comes back but is still bright. It stays that way for the whole flight.

The 777 lighting setting is a compromise between HDR ON and HDR OFF which are equally important.
You probably are at HDR ON so your options are:
a. Check/adjust your HDR settings.
b. Turn off HDR.
Anyways, all major displays and all flight deck flood lights brightness are adjustable.
