Auto-Throttles

Hi,
I found that my usual procedure for setting takeoff thrust caused the AT not to work and go exceed commanded power settings.
I bring power levers to 40-50% to stabilise the engines, then I right click the AT button to engage TOGA.
After this, I would normally push the power levers fully forward, but in so doing, the engines spooled way past the TO2 assumed temp 55 of 97% and they did this all the way through climb and cruise; cruise caused a continuous overspeed.
I tried switching off and recycling the power levers, AP, and AT, but the engines kept returning to around 101-103%. I tried FLC and VNAV, and VNAV with speed override.
I will try again without touching the power levers, but this is the second consecutive flight with this phenomenon.
My throttles are CH and set via P3D4 (rather than FSUIPC, but reverses arw set via FSUIPC) and they are fine for the CS757.
Again, thank you for bringing the 777 to P3D4; love the VC lighting!
Thanks,
Fabio
