Product download
If you wish to download the latest version of a previously purchased product:
1. Login to Your Profile
2. Navigate: Product Name > Extended Download Service and download a product.

Please note, the Extended Download Service is a free courtesy service which can be cancelled anytime without a notice.
It is customer's responsibility to keep the downloaded product file(s) safe and accessible.
Lifetime replacement of the lost purchases is not included in the product price.

Lost product
We are sorry to hear that, but it is customer's responsibility to keep all receipts, order numbers, login information and downloaded product file(s) safe and accessible.
Due to the nature of download products, if you lose that information you lose access to Your Profile and to the Extended Download Service.
At the login page you can search your Order Number using email address or search your email address using Order Number.
If you have lost both, there is nothing we can do, unfortunately.
