CS Staff,
Thank you for the free gift of the Weapons for FSX v1.0.  However, now that I actually have my systems up and running again, I can't seem to get it to work; it doesn't work with the default Acceleration F/A-18 Defender installation at all either.    

1. The Installer & loader were RUN as Administrators in Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
2. The CSWeapon.dll was trusted and indicated FSX.cfg as such.
3. The CSWeapon.xml was configured as

4. The Panel.cfg file has...

Here's what I've done:-

1. READ BOTH MANUALS.
2. TESTED repeatedly with what I've seen on these Forums and gleaned from the latest manuals; including resetting FSX's gauge trust requirements.
3. UNINSTALLED and RE-INSTALLED CS Weapons for FSX v1.0 and rebooted.
4. Checked to see if I have OpenAL installed.
5. Loaded it into other 3rd Party aircraft.
6. Loaded it into CS' C-130, B-52 & XLoad aircraft.
7.  Substituted the default Aircraft Panels in the Aircraft.cfg file(s) to be the Weapons for FSX installed on; from Panel to Panel.csweapons; and NOTHING seems to work.

Would greatly appreciate any further suggestions, as it is obvious that it is something else related to my system that I must be missing, Thank you.

BTW: I have it installed in Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit) with the latest SP1, etc. & FSX Acceleration, and Open AL.

PS: I also, just updates FSUIPC to v4.80 even though it my or may not have anything to do with resolving it; but, just in case it does.  And, these problems started before this update which was only performed today.

Hi Vampire.

Did you try the following suggestions from my reply above?

Here they are again:

Install Weapon for FSX as an administrator, by right clicking the csw001_1000.exe and selecting "Run as administrator" from the list.
Make sure you run the "Loader" (Start > Captain Sim > Weapon for FSX > Loader) as an administrator as well.
Try running FSX as an administrator as well (Start > Games > Microsoft Flight Simulator X).

Either or all of these could make it work correctly.

No it is definitely not the same as for James. The problem is with installation.

A reinstall of SP2 and a reinstall of fsuipc did the trick 
All working fine now.

i am having the same problem and do not know how to modify a file i am new i have fsx with windows 7 on my laptop and i can not get panels the HUD and the counter is 0000 and nothing but red in the i really need help and a explanation as if i am 3 yrs old LOL
