Thanks for your reply Paul; I just attempted to reinstall and got the same results...realized I had made a editting mistake and the icon wasn't showing; I fixed that easy enough...Then I tried a flight to test the sounds... As soon as I the needle hits 80KTS my sim freezes,as I wait a little while to see if it goes to the next step I hear a bell Bung,Bing,Like the error windows makes when something is wrong? I wil attemp at a later time to c/p the lines you have included in yoour post above to the [VCockpit01] And see if that helps. BTW I have also Mattews alt. call outs which sound on descending...But that shouldn't have anything to do with this?
BTW: How does your machine behave with FSX?; Personally I'm below specs.with a Intel Core 2 Cpu 1.8-1.79 @ 4300 1022 Mb.RAM Nvidia GeForce 7500 LE; Tuned with AlacrityPC I can get FSX to give some descent performance, 18.9 FPS Locked at 20 FPS. via FSX.cfg file. My [Vcockpit01] Section looks like this Right now after uninstalling everything again:
