What exactly does "Transpacific Ready" mean?

In regards to the ad for the expansion model. Does the add-on come with a preprogrammed route in the FMC? Is it a structural difference? Or, just more fuel capacity?

It just means that the -200 is longer ranged and suitable for transpacific crossings in real life and in the sim, rather than just transatlantic crossings as with the previous version.
