Order numbers....

Howdy guys...
Capn' I got a question about past order numbers...
I received an e-mail with order numbers for "All my CS purchase's"....Is this an updated set of numbers or just one more bit of customer service? Consolidating all my orders in one place for easy access?
Thanks in advance...

This is how the Account Support System works. You press 'Redownload Products' link, enter your purchase e-mail and receive all Order Numbers to this address.
If you have not requested the service, but received this kind of e-mail, it means somebody entered your e-mail into the field hoping to get Order Numbers and use your software. Obviously he/she will not be able to do this Smiley
We are sorry for inconvenience.

Just had the same thing happen to me Jeff. I have been off line for a bit with a busted modem. Just got it fixed and one of my first emails is a list of my order numbers. Like you I didn't request one.
Someone is trying hard to aquire other peoples order numbers.

I do not think for a minute that the CS system is at fault. It is just that I recieved an email with all my order numbers on but I did not request one. I have in the past but I recieved that request. This one is came out of the blue.

When you stop and think of the money involved....It's sad that people stoop this low...
It's like "Larceny"...I own several products...If they could get away with this it would be discusting!

Glad that the request always comes back to the one who really owns' it....
