This is how the Account Support System works. You press 'Redownload Products' link, enter your purchase e-mail and receive all Order Numbers to this address.
If you have not requested the service, but received this kind of e-mail, it means somebody entered your e-mail into the field hoping to get Order Numbers and use your software. Obviously he/she will not be able to do this :)
