1. The 763ER GE has 2 configurations 6D and 4D. The liveries are specific to each variant. Check which livery pack you purchased and select the correct variant.

2. Try restarting your sim. Sometimes there are cache issues and things dont load. A restart could do the trick.

Try those, if its still not showing up we'll look into it further.

If you upload the images to aniother website, write the links in a way we can use to take a look should work (i.e. wwwDOTwhateverDOTcom/etc...). That would be enough to be able to take a look at them.
