New to this. Purchased 767-300er ge and a livery pack labeled the same. The aircraft appears but livery does not. Both say installed.

1. The 763ER GE has 2 configurations 6D and 4D. The liveries are specific to each variant. Check which livery pack you purchased and select the correct variant.

2. Try restarting your sim. Sometimes there are cache issues and things dont load. A restart could do the trick.

Try those, if its still not showing up we'll look into it further.

Trying to post an image of what i purchased but it says i need to make 10 posts before i can do so. Is there an email i can send images to?

Both the plane and the livery have the exact same names and i have selected the 4 door model as it says in the livery. have also restarted microsoft flight sim2024.

If you upload the images to aniother website, write the links in a way we can use to take a look should work (i.e. wwwDOTwhateverDOTcom/etc...). That would be enough to be able to take a look at them.  :-/

I understand that. What I mean is, can you actually type it using the word DOT instead of a . (full stop)? Maybe even adding some spaces between the / in the web address. i.e. :

Perhaps you coud try that to show us an image you have uploaded to a photo sharing web site. We have to put the web addy back together to see it, but that's okay.

I'm having the same issue. Purchased CS 767-300 for MS2024 and GE livery pack 12 today. Both are installed, but liveries do not show up.
