I am unable to use any of the weapons that I should be able to. I have tried everything the manual says and it still doesn't work. I'm unsure if it can be refunded since it was digital, but the product is not usable at all. the panels show up in game, but everything is empty and nothing fires. I have tried everything I could have and anything others have suggested. still, nothing works.
