How can I decrease the throttle on final and landing? Aircraft accelerates or does not decrease throttle even after clicking mcp speed button.

Click highlighted button, any one on the left or right.
In addition, you can assign AUTOTHROTTLE DISCONNECT, for example to Ctrl+Shift+T and use the shortcut.
