	Ok, I downloaded the installer from the Extended Download Service page and the result is the same, I CANNOT INSTALL IT BECAUSE MY LICENSE SAYS IT IS NOT IN ITS RECORDS... 2 weeks after my purchase and I still can't install it, will it be resolved?

	Three weeks now without being able to install something for which I already paid and without any response. What about a refund? They should remove 32bit products from stores if they won't even allow them to be installed.
