Ok, I downloaded the installer from the Extended Download Service page and the result is the same, I CANNOT INSTALL IT BECAUSE MY LICENSE SAYS IT IS NOT IN ITS RECORDS...

2 weeks after my purchase and I still can't install it, will it be resolved?
