good morning my ace isnt loading at all even after a complete reinstall

Are you sure the ace_767.exe hasn't been removed by you Anti Virus program? This can happen if your AV gets a false positive when scanning it.
You should check your AV Virus Vault/Chest to see if it's there, and if it is, restore it, then/and add it to the AV exclusions list so it doesn't happen again.
