777-200 Sound mod issues

I have been attempting to install Turbine Sound Studios sound mod on the CS 777 but it is for fsx and is in .wav form with a sound.cfg.  I replaced the 777 sound folder with the tss one and have rescanned the 777 folder with MSFS legacy Importer and it appears to have edited the .json file correctly but I still have no aircraft when in the sim.  What am I missing?

Thanks

Looking in the aircraft folders of the included Asobo, and my addon aircraft, all the sounds are included in a .PCK file, so it looks like the way sounds were used in FSX and P3D is quite different for MSFS2020.
I don't know how you can pack the sound files into a .PCK (unless it is something like a zip file with a PCK extention (.PCK instead of .zip)) so they can be used with the CS 777.
