AutoPilot - Heading & Steering on Ground

First flight today in the B777-200 from Berlin to London Heathrow.

I have a few issues:

1.  The AutoPilot on the Honeycomb Bravo is not turning on/off the cockpit equivalent buttons.  Even when I click on them with my mouse, I cannot get them to turn off.

2.  The heading bug I set but when AutoPilot is switched ON, the plane doesn't fly to the selected bug heading.  Instead, it's 'stuck' on '261H' which is on the compass below the HSI.  However, the Altitude settings work fine.

3.  Steering - the aircraft has a turning circle of about 300 feet!  The nosewheel just doesn't want to steer the aircraft if you want to make a sharper turn - including exiting the runway after landing.

Any help on the above would be appreciated!
