I went through many of the sounds for the 767 Captain II (in the P3Dv5\Captain_Sim\767-II\sound and P3Dv5\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B767-300ER-II_PW4060\sound folders), but I couldn't find the sound I hear in you video. If you can find out the name of the sound, we can find out what uses it and it will allow you to turn it off (hopefully).
