Hello,

Earlier I was landing into LMML (Malta) for ILS RWY14, I set the frequency to 109.70 which was cross checked on both the chart and the FMC telling me it was that freq.



Upon turning onto final, I pressed the APP button to which the aircraft ignore instead automatically set itself to VOR/LOC button. Anytime I tried to switch on APP, it would just increase the managed IAS by 5 knts and stay on VOR/LOC.

Although; it did act as if it was on the ILS and had bugged out? You can see below in the photo:
1. G/S and VOR/LOC on the FMA
2. VOR/LOC engaged on the MCP but wouldn't allow me to press APP
3. Plane descended down on G/S & VOR/LOC as you would expect on the ILS.

Which sim is that and what charts do you use?
I'm on P3D V4.5 and it is not supported by Navigraph, which means the ILS frequency on the chart and in the game can mismatch. It is always better to double check the frequency of runway ILS in the MAPS of the simulator and then set it manually.
