missing interior 777 sound - FS2020

I have just installed the new 777 on MS FS2020 and only have exterior sound. Please could someone help me identify how to fix this? I am not very PC literate so I would really appreciate good advice about any work that might need to be undertaken in config files and how to find them etc. Thanks
