Ran out of fuel with 34000Kg on doard.

Tried a long haul and ran out of fuel because the fuel was in the reserve and stab fuel tanks. Tried to shift to main tanks but still couldn't restart the plane.

Because of the 747 systems, ensure you fill tanks 1,2,3,4, and center and ensure you add enough to complete the flight with 20K lbs.  Do not rely on Res1 &2 + Stab.  At the moment crossfeed does not work.  (same issues with the 747-8 during early beginnings)

Same here after 5h flight the engines goes out over the atlantic.....
