Problems with CS Weather Radar. I installed csr001_1100.exe with "Run as Administrator" and via WXR Editor installed the display into a panel as described attached.
The result is a black screen.
Can you help me pls?

Sorry. I didn't see it. Sad

Are  using it in FSX, or FSX-SE? I just tested it by adding it to the C172, and it worked in both (FSX on PC, and FSX-SE on laptop). The reason I tested it  in FSX-SE on my laptop is because FSX-SE is  the only version of FSX I have on it (too much HDD space required for both), and so CS products automatically installed there as it it was FSX.

I'm using FSX (Acceleration). I added a print screen to show you.
The WXR is in the top right hand part of the print screen.
In the panel.cfg the Radar window is defined according to your advise earlier in 2012 in other topics under the same heading "CS Weather Radar".

Check to see if you have the WXR.dll  file in  the FSX\Gauges folder. Looking at the image, I was expecting to see the radar screen black, not the actual radar (with the buttons) itself black.

gauge00=WXR!wr_display, 81,32,364,279 < The radar itself
gauge01=Captain_Sim.r001.P04!P04_radar, 0,0,525,386 < The radar screen

While the Captain_Sim.r001.P04 is a cab file, the WXR is a .dll file, and it's possible that the WXR.dll is missing, and if it is, it's probably been removed by your Anti Virus.

Both WXR.dll and Captain_Sim.r001.P04.cab exist in FSX/Gauges.
And I checked the gauges you mentioned in your last message.
As Administrator I removed WXR Radar and re-installed it in the panel. The result is attached in the .jpg file as print screen.
1. Still black
2. In View - Instrument Panel I see CS Weather Radar twice.
Very strange.  Sad

I think that the reason you are not seeing the WXR gauge itslf, but still see the radar screen, has something to do with the settings in [Views] (after the [Window Titiles] in the panel.cfg), yet the [Default View] setting (at the bottom the panel.cfg) is fine at:

X=0
Y=0
SIZE_X=8191
SIZE_Y=3200

with 8191x3200 being the size of the screen, which I think is quite good.

From the FSX SDK:

[views]
This section enables the default views to be changed.

[default view]
This section sets the overall default view for the default 3-D window.
