777-300ER Expansion Problem

Hi! I'm just new to this page. I just want to ask for help regarding my newly purchased Captain Sim 777-300ER expansion for FSX Steam.
After Installation and aircraft testing, the Nose Landing Gear, Flaps, Aileron, Rudder and Elevators are not working making it difficulty to control the aircraft in land and not possible to fly.

I have a 777-200 Base Pack 1.0 as required prior to installation of the expansion.
