Engine Start - I'm probably doing something wrong

First, thanks for bringing this to P3D4.  This is the earliest after release I've ever bought a product and I'm already on my second long-haul in less than 24 hours in it.
I've been having an issue starting the engines.  I've been starting my flights in the "APU running" state.  I don't touch any of the fuel pumps, hydraulics, etc.  With the engine start switch set to AUTO, I turn the engine 2 switch to GRND but the oil pressure and N2 both don't move, even if I try turning the fuel switch to run.  I just end up loading the "Ready for Takeoff" state after pushback so I have running engines.  (I even tried CTRL+E, which I hate doing and didn't expect to work, but it only started engine 1).  I've been reading over the procedures in the manuals and I'm not sure what I'm missing.

OPEN the L ISLN, R ISLN, C ISLN (Isolation Switches), L ENG, APU, R ENG (Bleed Air Switches), and turn the LEFT & RIGHT PACK Switches to the OFF position (as seen in the attached image (red = off, green = open)).

Thanks, I'll pay closer attention to those on my next trip.
