Stuttering (LOW FPS)  NAV /EICAS. On high end system

The two displays in two different flights are stuttering when and are not fluid. The engine N1 indicator for example will make three increment jumps when going to T/O thrust instead of a fluid spook up as in the 757 for en example. The ND has the same stutter issue with the heading indicator not turning fluidly and and stuttering as one turns to render this display.

This I have observed in several occasions on the take off run.

Mine does the same. The upper and lower Erica's as well as both FO displays. I will try the fix and report if it works for me.
