Cockpit lighting

This needs attention. Switch on one light and two others come on as well. Some switches are not dimmable.
Are other users seeing this too?  Or is it just on my side?

Yes, if it's a panel light (backlight).

Unfortunately, it's not a bug (that could be relatively easy fixed) but a fundamental issue of the model architecture.

In the 757 these panel lights were separate and adjustable, but they suffered from the sim's "magic hour" issue and caused an extra performance hit.

In the 767 we have traded the 'separate adjustment' for the 'all times of day visibility and better berformance'. It's not perfect but better than the 757. Unfortunately that's all we can squeeze from this VC model.

Good news: all flood and dome lights are separate and adjustable.

Does this one still suffers from the "Magic hour" limitation in the cockpit lightning? I cant stand that.

I made the mistake of getting the 757 because i thought it wasn't going to be an issue in 2019 but clearly i was mistaken since CS just doesn't care to do a proper job on cabin lightning.  Huh

No, it doesn't. One thing they did very well is all flood lights are visible all times of day

Thanks. That's exactly what I'm taking about.
And not just flood, all lights are visible all times of day.

Unfortunately yes.

So if someone absolutely needs the panel light (which is JUST the labeling backlit) separate adjustment, pls note that the 767 doesn't have it.

All flood and dome lights are separate and adjustable.
ALL lights (including the panel) are visible all times of day.

Can we see this updated in the future as optional? For $135.00 id assume people could make the choice on the night lighting they'd like. Look at the Old another company airbus's That had the option for night lighting in the Configurator

No, unfortunately.
As I said it's a fundamental issue of the model architecture.
