This announcement is awesome! The community really needed an updated version for P3D. Depending on the pricing model, I hope to have it in my virtual hangar. Soon  Cheesy

Thanks! By the way, regarding the door config. The 4+4 Config refers to the 2 Main Exits + 2 Overwing Exits per side?

will the 767 be in line with the 757 in terms of updates? and will the 757 benefit at all with the development of the 767? As in will it feature updates based on advances with your 767?

Looking forward to the 767.

one other point.

When you say on the 767 page "coming soon". does that mean it will not be included in launch?

e.g. "  • Flights (Cold-n-dark, Ready for takeoff, Auto-land) (coming soon)"

Thanks for clarifying. And just to confirm my other question.

Does the 767 and the 757 benefit off each other from a development stand point? e.g. will the 757 feature updates with features and improvements you have made/make to the 767?

I'm going to go ahead and assume that the 767 will have alot of the same features as the 757, so will there be some sort of discount for current 757 owners. In the same way that AS gave a discount on the A330 to those who had the A320.

I highly doubt there will be any sort of discount for existing 757 users. While these aircraft have a few things in common, the CS team probably didn't benefit a whole lot of it.

Who knows? But I’m slowly losing interest when it drags on like this. Hopefully it will be soon especially since a lot of us are stuck at home. If I get the itch bad enough I can always go back to FSX as there are two versions one of which is by CS.

No offense, but how do you know that?

The 767 has ALWAYS been my favorite aircraft but when I switched to P3D v4+ it all went away. When developers start to release teaser photos/news I think they should not wait more than two weeks to release (IMHO). I'm guessing it's to generate buz and to notify as many as possible as to increase the number of sales, however, once it's out (and its a good product) others will know.

One tiny request for the 67 & eventually  the 57. Please allow  for long/lat entry on the fix page of the FMC, its required for ETP.  Itll be even more important in  the 767, as most routes are ETOPS

Out of curiosity, which formats does the FMC take in the FIX page for lat/long. I know the 3 formats to enter waypoints on the LEGS and RTE pages, are they the same? 5420N, N54.000W020.000, N54W020, etc.

Also no new information regarding future engine expansions, if it will be free or not. Cannot personally decide if i want to buy without that info..

At the bottom of the product page, it has this:

FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN EARLY ACCESS:
THE 767-300ER BASE PACK BETA IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

I'm not sure whether the Base Pack is going to come with just PW4060, or with the GE, and RR engines as well, so I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I just took the new 767 for a spin. I'm quite impressed with it. A few bugs here and there most notably the lighting swtiches for back lighting the various panels. I'm looking forward to the offical release and a few more liveries.

Well done and thank you Captain Sim.

They weren’t kidding. Does anyone know exactly what is included in the price?

I see there’s a future expansion for the freighter. Wonder what that price will be?

Just trying to get an idea of the total cost.
