It appears to work at least for most of a flight, BUT I'm not sure if it's the CS 757-III causing the crash, or P3Dv5 causing it. Both flights ended due to my Graphics Card "suspending", and the Event Viewer reporting that P3Dv5 was the cause:

It is possible that this happened due to me not rebooting my computer since installing P3Dv5. I will test it again today, and see what happens.
EDIT Apr 16th, 2020 at 4:24am: I just completed a 1:10 flight, and it was successful. This was after rebooting my computer, and trying a flight in the 757-III again.
