Loading Error L1011

Hi,

I get the following error message when loading the above from P3DV4.5 start up menu:-

This WX is locked
c\prepar3dv4\simobjects\air[planes\cs_l-1011-1\csy112.air

Can any one explain what this means and how I can resolve the issue Please
