Unable to assign any keyboard/joystick binding to HDG bug increase and decrease in both FSUIPC and FSX Controls.

The following assignments were tried without success:
- FSUIPC//Key Press//Heading Bug Dec
- FSUIPC//Key Press//Heading Bug Inc
- FSUIPC//Key Press//Heading Bug Dec Fast
- FSUIPC//Key Press//Heading Bug Inc Fast
- FSUIPC//Key Press//Heading Bug Select
- FSUIPC//Key Press//Heading Bug Set
- FSX Options//Settings Controls//Buttons/Keys//Autopilot Autopilot heading bug (decrement)
- FSX Options//Settings Controls//Buttons/Keys//Autopilot Autopilot heading bug (increment)
