My callouts will work in FSX but in P3dv4 I cant hear anything and I have my sound in P3d4 turned all the way up any suggestions?

Maybe something went wrong during the installation. Try reinstalling the 757-2PW Base Pack (Repair option). Make sure your Anti Virus software is turned OFF, and that you install it using the "Run as administrator" option (right click on the installer (csy572_1404.exe) and select "Run as administrator").
