IAS MACH Selector doesn't work

The IAS Mach Selector Switch doesn't rotate and allow me to adjust the speed in the IAS/Mach window. Anyone else have this issue?

Are you using the mouse wheel to try to rotate the MACH/IAS knob, and it doesn't rotate, or trying to use a mouse button? Using a mouse button doesn't rotate the knob, only using the mouse wheel rotates the knob.
