Help, chase plane and the 757

Hello guys, I use chase plane for my views on P3Dv4.3, I just need help on how to setup the proper captain view on the 757, Im either to low or two high, plus is hard to cover a proper view from the middle of the captain seat, what zoom and settings you guys use please? thanks.

All settings are listed in [CameraDefinition.X] sections of aircraft.cfgs
