Has anyone ever put together a quick and dirty procedure for getting the 727 up and running without poring through the checklists in the manual?

I am having this thing with the fuel panel for my middle engine lighting up the Low Pressure lights after an hour or so of flying.  I have no idea how to start the engines on this bird, I always just use Cntrl-E.
