Quote:There was no need. Nvidia installed two programs in my computer.
One is called Nvidia control panel. you should have that also.
Yep. It installs with the Nvidia Drivers.
Quote:The second one is called Nvidia GE Force experience.
I had this installed, but I don't like it and uninstalled it!
Quote:The "My rig " option lists me with two GPU, which I have . I never used the second one, but I found a use for it- that is the future !
Followed by a description of my system.
I have always felt that CS products have been happy with my "rigs" - originally a Core 2 Duo Q9550, then my i7 870, and now this one. FSX is an absolute mess on my PC at the moment, so I desperately need to uninstall every thing, then reinstall it all again (headache material). I hope to be getting my mew 4GB GTX770 OC on Monday, so I plan to do it all after I get that.
I had a bit of drama removing Windows 8.1 Preview, then reinstalling Windows 8 Pro 64bit, followed by 1 gig of updates THEN upgrading to Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit. I still have to install FSX and all my CS aircraft in that too now. And on top of all that, I now have to build a computer for a friend AND upgrade my wife's computer as well. After that, my daughter is going to get the old components from my wife's current computer. So I really have a lot on my plate at the moment. At least it should keep me out of trouble for a while.
