Are the number of cabin windows base on the model MDL and not the texture file ?
I see some nice 777 repaints out there with unrealistic cabin windows base on the airline cabin setup.
I`ve tried removing from the texture file and still showing up.

Yeah since the windows are 3D/transparent, its the model that you are going to have to edit.
