I bought the Captain sim 737-100 Exterior ( Now 737-200 Exterior i guess) i bought the 737-200 Expansion, Now changed to 737-100 Expansion but the email i used to buy the exterior the company deleted my email ( BT ) and my computer got a virus so most of my other ones are in my new email but the exterior dissapeared from my List and now i can't download it  Embarrassed

If all else fails ,generate a ticket with CS.They should have all your order details.I don't know if you print or keep your own order details,but I would do that from now on.CS is very good at keeping all your order info from years back.In fact,I would say that they look after their customers better than most.I just had to reinstall my PHDG Grin software,
and if I had'nt kept my own printed order details,I would have to have rebought them!!!.
